All products sold on this website are customized wig units and/or hair extensions.
Due to the nature of custom work:

No two wigs will be identical

Slight variations in color, density, or styling may occur
We do our best to accurately display colors and styles, but we cannot guarantee exact matches due to lighting, screen settings, and customization differences.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.

The customer is also responsible for shipping costs to have the unit sent back after adjustments

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit

Improper care or installation does not qualify for adjustments or refunds.
