1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.


2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All products sold on this website are customized wig units and/or hair extensions.

Due to the nature of custom work:

  • Each unit is made specifically for the customer

  • No two wigs will be identical

  • Slight variations in color, density, or styling may occur

We do our best to accurately display colors and styles, but we cannot guarantee exact matches due to lighting, screen settings, and customization differences.


3. ORDER PROCESSING

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.

  • Custom units require [insert timeframe, e.g., 7–14 business days] before shipping

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays

  • Delays may occur during high-demand periods

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.


4. ALL SALES POLICY

All sales are considered final.

Due to the customized and hygienic nature of our products:

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No cancellations once order is placed

Please ensure all order details (length, color, size, etc.) are correct before purchasing.


5. ADJUSTMENTS & MODIFICATIONS

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction; however, because each unit is custom-made:

  • Minor adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • Adjustments are limited and do not include full reconstruction or major changes (such as complete color changes or resizing)

We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a minor adjustment.


6. RETURN SHIPPING FOR ADJUSTMENTS

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • The customer is also responsible for shipping costs to have the unit sent back after adjustments

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


7. SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive tracking information

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate head measurements (if required)

  • Selecting correct customization options

  • Proper installation and maintenance of the unit

Improper care or installation does not qualify for adjustments or refunds.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, logos, branding, and designs, are the property of The Wig Doctor.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce content

  • Use images without permission

  • Resell or misuse our branding


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

  • Improper installation or handling

  • Indirect or incidental damages resulting from product use
