Refund/Return Policy 

At The Wig Doctor, we take pride in our custom wig units and extensions. Therefore, due to each piece being uniquely crafted to fit your specifications and hygiene reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the order is placed. 

We strongly encourage all customers to review their order details thoroughly before completing their purchase, including length, texture, style and cap size. If you are unsure about any selection, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order to ensure confidence in your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at thewigdoctor1.0@gmail.com  within 24-48 hours of purchase so we can assist you in any way possible. 

Order Issues & Exceptions

While all sales are final, customer satisfaction remains our priority. If you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. After review, we will work promptly to resolve the issue. 

Adjustments & Client-Initiated Corrections 

At The Wig Doctor, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your custom unit. If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like adjustments or modifications, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. However we do not offer modifications or adjustments based on personal preferences (such as changes to the color, length, density, or overall customization selections) once the unit has been completed. 

If you would like additional changes or customizations after receiving your unit, this may be accommodated as a new service and will require an additional fee. Please contact us for a consultation. 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you may return your unit for adjustments. Please note that all shipping cost associated with sending the unit back for modifications, as well as return shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note:

  • Wigs and bundles must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered and untampered with if reporting an issue.
  • Any concerns reported outside of the 48-hour window may not be eligible. for review. 

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
