1. PROCESSING TIME

All units are custom-made to order.

  • Standard processing time: [ 14-20 business days]

  • Processing time begins after payment is successfully processed

  • Business days do not include holidays

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using a trusted carrier.

  • Estimated delivery time: [2–5 business days depending on location]

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

3. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Address changes cannot be made once your order has been processed or shipped

4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped, The Wig Doctor is no longer responsible for the package.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

5. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (IF APPLICABLE)

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

6. SHIPPING FOR ADJUSTMENTS

If an adjustment request is approved:

  • The client is responsible for all shipping costs (return and re-delivery)

  • The unit must be securely packaged to prevent damage

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

For international orders:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country
